Payroll App
I have been using the same payroll program, Quick Pay, for the past 20 years. I have a small business with five employees and would like not to have to pay an outside company a weekly fee to process my payroll. Any thoughts as to how to transfer this program from my current XP operating system to my new windows 10?

(out of band) There are two different cumulative update versions for Windows 10 1903 & 1909 for November 19th. IMPORTANT Release notes are changing! IMPORTANT Windows 10, version 1809, will reach end of service on November 10, 2020 for devices running Windows 10 Home, Pro, Pro for Workstation, and IoT Core editions. To continue receiving security and quality updates, Microsoft recommends updating to the latest version of Windows 10. IMPORTANT Windows 10, version 1903 will reach end of servicing on December 8, 2020. To continue receiving security and quality updates, Microsoft recommends that you update to the latest version of Windows 10. Virus protection
I had been hacked in the past; Xfinity provided Norton anti virus but, it discontinued that service. I wanted to use Windows Defender and Antivirus but without success, as I got a message saying "your organization provides antivirus". Is there a means to let Windows know that is no longer true, and get the anti virus protection?
Computer crashes with a blue screen
Approximately 1 1/2 months ago my computer started to crash with a blue screen and a stop code message appears. At first it was a couple weeks between, then it went to weekly and now it is daily, 3 or 4 times.

Winload.efi error code: 0xc000000f
When i tried system image recovery, it failed and it showed this error. I can't go to startup settings, i used bootable external hdd to repair it but the boot is not showing up. i can go to UEFI firmware settings only. help me please.
