blue screen when connecting to 5G wifi with new adapter
Hi, I recently bought a new Wifi adapter and since then I've encountered BSODS when connecting to 5G network. I ran winbg and here is some pertinent information: Loading Dump File [C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP] Kernel Bitmap Dump File: Kernel address space is available, User address space may not be available. ************* Path validation summary ************** Response Time (ms) Location Deferred srv* Symbol search path is: srv* Executable search path is: Windows 10 Kernel Version 18362 MP (8 procs) Free x64 Product: WinNt, suite: TerminalServer SingleUserTS Edition build lab: 18362.1.amd64fre.19h1_release.190318-1202 Machine Name: Kernel base = 0xfffff803`29800000 PsLoadedModuleList = 0xfffff803`29c461b0 Debug session time: Mon Feb 8 17:47:34.232 2021 (UTC - 6:00) System Uptime: 0 days 3:07:26.860 Loading Kernel Symbols ------------------------------ Loading User Symbols PEB is paged out (Peb.Ldr = 0000001b`f89dd018). black screen
recently I downloaded some upgrades, and soon after my laptop went into a BIOS update. Since then I have had no access whatsoever to my laptop. I plug it in, turn it on, get the manufacturers logo and then nothing. Total black screen. I have followed all the advise on the support pages but still have no access. It seems as if there is no contingency for someone not being able to even sign-in to their laptop. Have had to resort to using another laptop but seems as if all my data, obviously unsaved, has gone to the great 'black screen heaven' in the sky. Rather than resorting to using a hammer, can anybody furnish me with some meaningful advice?

"vcomploo.dll"
Hi When I start my computer, I always get warning message which says "vcomploo.dll" error. So is there any one can help me to fix this problem? Hear you soon. Many thanks

I can't scan to the computer from the printer
After scanning a lot recently with out any problem, now the message comes up -"the scanner is in use or unavailable ( E1460 - B 305". I have tried a few things without any success such as : uninstalling the scan software and then re install, checking the connections and switching everything off, unplugging the printer and then after a minute reconnect the printer and turn back on. The computer is an Acer desktop with Windows 10 and the printer in an Epson XP - 8500 (printer and scanner ). I am still able to print from computer files as normal. Any advise/ideas would be much appreciated. Pete V

StopCode error
My screen went blank (was blue) and went I finally got it back, I got a error message--memory management. And it said to contact windows.com/stopcode. Well they won't do anything unless you pay them. I have only had this computer for a couple of months. I don't know what to do. Any suggestions.

sagurazo virus how to uninstall
I picked up a virus it shows in control panel as SAantivirus but it pops ups as Sagurazo Protection and acts like it found a virus and wants me to click to get rid of it. I have not done that as I'm sure they want a lot of money to do that. I got it thinking I was downloading a Cribbage Card game my golf buddies and I could play on line while we can't play golf or be around each other. When I try to uninstall it thru the Control Panel programs it pops up and wants me to click on restart but I can tell I'm not in a Windows 10 window so have not done that.

Lockdown
What does being lockdown mean to me? Well, apart from the obvious of not being able to venture beyond the perimeter of my home, I find myself doing more of the following....... listening more, thinking more and hearing more; in particular the thinking bit. So here is my idea and it may come across as being 'nuts' 🤔🤯 When I power-up my computer every aspect of my personal operations of use should be coded into a simply use panel. Currently, when I log on my Internet access is automatic via my provider. However, if I wish to send an email I am faced with log-on panels etc. The usual website that I visit could be done via the Windows control panel. I am fortunate enough that my Internet usage is predictable and I very rarely surf out of the norms. Probably boring I know, but there it is. Thinking a little more about automated connectivity, there are masses of technologies that functions and self maintain themselves - some of them are extraterrestrials. I have to think that somewhere in a Microsoft development lab this 'intelligent' connectivity to our preferred websites is being developed, without using 'favourites'. The software needed would have to be intuitive (actually perhaps beyond intuitive). As I mentioned, the idea is a bit on the nutty side.

We need more details!
Hello Windows Community. I am making this post to ask everyone, please for the love of god. You need to understand that we here are not AI, we do not simply understand random words. To be able to help we need actual helpful information regarding your issues, not just random words randomly put in a sentence! If you say ''My computer is slow for no reason'', you are not helping us help YOU. Yes I can give you A LOT of troubleshooting steps, but isn't it going to be better if you just provided some more valuable information. 1. When did the problem occur, and have you done something that might be the reason for the issue? 2. What version are you running of Windows 3. Is it a laptop or a Desktop...etc. Information like this is extremely helpful, because sometimes no one can help you, if you are the only one who understands the thing that you have written! Please try to make sure there is no spelling mistakes that will make your message unreadable! Make sure you have (in detail) explained your issue. Make sure you have given enough info that we can understand, there is nothing like TOO much details when it comes to such problems! The more details you give us, the better and faster we will be able to help. I am extremely annoyed when I see so many confused people like me here, just because someone was too ''lazy'' to write two more sentences! I am always trying to answer, but sometimes I can not, and most of the times I can not because I do not understand your issue! How do you expect us to understand if even Google struggles to find results. Please, be more careful when explaining your issues. I am not trying to look like I am the smartest guy, but I think we can all agree that it is annoying not being able to help just because we simply do not understand the issue 🤔 Thank you for the time spent, wish you all an amazing rest of the year 😀
