APPs the slow down or won't come up.
Does anyone else here have issues from time to time with Apps on you PC,laptop of hand held devices that freeze up, runs slow or not come up at all? This isn't an internet connection issue. I just want to know it this my be an IOS or other issue(s).

Good evening...my name is Juleigh..I've had enough trying to simply get my headphones to WORK with my Laptop - an HP Pavillion Gaming. I DO NOT GAME. I bought this as a great discount through my company, so that I could have something decent yet not $1K to start out. My ONLY complaint is I am having a single challenge with my JLAB Headphones, the sound coming into my headphones and not from the computer. I had this at Geeksquad three weeks ago because I tripped over the cord, totally annihilated the hard drive. They put in a Solid State Hard Drive, they swore best one they had. SO, since then, my headers do not work. The screen says my phones re not plugged in. I had NEVER had to have them "plugged in" before..and then the phones are synced with my Cell as well. I've invested now, $850 into this. I'm googling my face off trying to explain this ..what I would deem simple, alas - nobody finds the solution easy, but then, nobody has an answer. I get the same stupid, woman in suit, (we'll give her a good reason to buy here..)..kind of thing..tired of it AND with this Corona issue going on, I'm about to jap slap these pseudo computer techies. Does ANYONE have ANY advice for me? I'm just not quite in the financial position to purchase another computer just yet, so I truly need this baby. Heck, it's just a year old, we bought the extra warranty! Forgive me for spewing out my mood..I'm now behind in my goals for the week..my clients need me and I need them...So, my new fellow Microsoft Community Members, ANYONE have any suggest. Microsoft Edge Update
Since upgrading Microsoft Edge to the latest version, I have noticed that the screen will go black sometimes and then reappear with the same content as before it went black. It's more like a short blip of the screen. I am on a laptop and had not this happen before and it does not occur with the Google browser.
Email: the more things change the more they stay the same
I started really getting into the internet back in the early '90's. When I got connected I had my US Robotics 33.6K modem, an independent ISP, Netscape, and thought I was the cat's pajamas.. Ha! The ISP gave me a disk that contained everything I needed to get connected, and to set up an email account. Wow! It didn't take long for the junk email to start rolling in. I called and asked, and was told how to get rid of it but that didn't stop it to my satisfaction. I went to a different ISP, and he showed me what to do, and explained how to do it, so I could teach my friends, so that they wouldn't fall into the same trap that I had. I won't explain that suffice to say that it was a lesson learned and it is no longer really applicable. So why did I bring it up? This morning I received 2 emails. One was from and old friend of mine and was addressed to me using her name, but not her email address, and was addressed to an email address that I first signed on to Facebook with, over 10 years ago, and changed it immediately there after. Other emails using her name have come to me using my correct email. I told her about this but apparently she has done nothing. Too bad. Also I received an email from PayPal telling me my account was in jeopardy of being closed because of some total nonsense. I looked at the email header and with a laugh forwarded it to spam@paypal.com. People please, it's not rocket science. If an email sounds to good to be true it probably is, and if doesn't look right check it out, and by all means do not give out personal information ever in an email. Microsoft Outlook 365, Outlook 2016, and Microsoft Email all have made it extremely easy to add these senders to your blocked senders list. Please do so, and protect yourself.
Freezing after update
My computer freezes when I download the newest update. not sure why, I need to keep pushing back the update because this one gives me problems I think. Is it me or the new update?

How to Migrate Mail Data & Structure (Folders & Messages)
Maybe it is just my perception but I feel Google is like the stalking ex-lover in the song ”Every Breath You Take” by The Police. I have been dreading changing email addresses for a couple of reasons 1) notifying everyone (persons & businesses) & 2) moving mail to the new account. To simplify things my plan is to keep the same username for my account as I have for Gmail account (in other words the email address would be the same except that it would end with outlook.com.) The last time I did this I used Mozilla Thunderbird but it appears to have the same problems it had when I migrated from Yahoo about 10 years ago. Does anyone know of a way to do this in Outlook? I have seen directions for the web version of Outlook but the directions do not match what I see on the screen. If it helps I purchased a copy of Office 2016 with Outlook but I have not found a way to do with it what I did with Thunderbird.
