Security is, ALSO, a personal issue.
Security is not only a concern for Enterprise (business environments). So, while I have a break between sessions at iTech today... Whether for your personal data or in case of a hardware failure or an OS issue, security is your issue, ALSO, not just a business problem. 1. Have separate System (OS) and Data drives. 2. Additionally, save data on an external drive. 3. Put a system image & daily backup to an external drive. 4. Additionally, redundantly, put everything in OneDrive. Do not just keep everything on-prem❗ Now, you are safe even if, devices fail, natural disasters, fires or explosions, no matter what. Redundancy & Cloud use will always save the day & your butt. And thusly data & system recovery are, actually, possible. Cheers, Drew

Lost/stolen laptop
Hello everybody, I recent misplaced my laptop which probably found it's new owner by now. In a classic case of idiotism, I have not turned on the Find my device feature, so I have basically said goodbye to it. I would like to ask for some advice though. Is there anything I can do remotely about my data protection? I have performed the basic stuff like changing passwords to everything I could think off, logging out remotely from gmail and facebook. But how about the data on the laptop itself? Regards Jan
