Hi, I would like to ask a Microsoft Manager, (any department will do), how would you feel after you find that your working PC is not working anymore, while you have a customer in front of you waiting to start a recording session he paid for. I have a DAW, configured with 3 monitor and one professional Dante audio interface. I run a recording studio. My work is to record musician sessions in a dynamic way, following and inspiring artists to focus on creativity and music, not on technology. Today I had to cancel the session, a band that arrived from abroad, because the last Windows update left my system in a non operative status. I am working hard to recover the technical situation, but I think I have lost a customer. They asked me: why you do not use MAC? I decided to use Windows because I was curious to see if the belief that Mac OS is better for professional recording studio was correct. I gave Microsoft credit. But, this is the third time I have this problem. It is not acceptable. I will update (should I say upgrade) the systems to Mac, but as a short term solution I have to reconfigure the DAW. Do you know what I have to do to reconfigure my system and how long it will take me? I will tell you. Read the following log. 1. AMD Radeon HD 7770 Ghz Edition - driver gone - I had to reinstall - 40 minutes 2. wrong resolution on display n.2 (LG ultrawide HDMI) - 10 min. 3. three desktop - on the display n. 1 I have icons of the previous n. 2 / on display 2 there is nothing / on disp. 3 a mess - 20 min. 4. The color management is gone! I had to run Spider5Express on 3 monitors to recalibrate the colour - 1 hour and 30 minutes 5. Audio: reconfiguration I will continue later... but... Gentleman, my feeling now is that my DAW is not really mine! Microsoft have the control on my belonging. I pay for something that I have to disconnect physically from Internet otherwise I can not avoid updates? This is unacceptable and ridiculous.
"No Internet Access" Problem (This is SERIOUS!)
I have used my Dell Latitude computer for a long time now (It's running Windows 10). When I turned on the computer and log in, I noticed that there's no internet access in my PC. I tried so many fixes like resetting network, changing protocols, resetting Windows sockets API, reinstalling and updating networking drivers, etc.; but still, NO InTeRNet AcCesS. Even if it does work, the problem returns after a few days. How can I get rid of this problem once and for all?
WMI Host provider CPU and lsass.exe Memory utlization high
We are using Windows Server 2016 Datacenter build 10.0.14393.3297 We have observed CPU utilization of WMI Host provider and Memory utlization of lsass.exe process is very high due to which system is getting slow. In our application logs which queries to WMI, we have found "enumeration operation may not execute." My Media Key i.e. volume, play, fast and rewind buttons no longer work. They were all working fine until I updated my windows. I reset the pc and the play /pause button began to work but no volume control. I have a das-keyboard

Hi all I downloaded a driver update for my laptop keyboard from windows update, along with other updates, now my keyboard will not work at all, I can't access my laptop because I can't type the pin! Hi, For the past 2 days Windows Notification was working fine. All of sudden i'm facing the issue like whenever i get email in chrome, the notification pops up. The problem is even if i read the email in chrome, the notifications keeps on appearing in action center. presently i had turned off the notification.
Where do I fix connection sharing for programs?
In my attempts to find a problem I have in the desktop version of Quickbooks, I ran the database manager device and it says "Windows firewall: connection sharing not allowed" and "Network Diagnostics:" Failed, Resolve and retry" It appears I cannot locate anything to change in Window settings under the firewall, diagnostics etc. Does anyone know what this is or where I can locate it in my Windows 10 PC? I had no issues sharing the network for Quickbooks then all of the sudden I can not be on the network program at the same time as another user. I have 2 licenses for QB's so I am lost.
