I have tried to use the Cortana function and I have found it more of a hindrance than help. Do you use this on a regular basis?
dialup connection problem
after network reset my pc dialup not connected to internet network, while wifi, hotspot is work porperly .

When i tried system image recovery, it failed and it showed this error. I can't go to startup settings, i used bootable external hdd to repair it but the boot is not showing up. i can go to UEFI firmware settings only. help me please.
MS store bug in 20h1
I found a possible bug in the MS store for Windows 10 2004. I checked for updates, apps got updated. But when checking again, it updated again. Goes around in circles. Created a new user account twice but same issue. Can someone ask the team to check it out?
Last upgrade changed WiFi hotspot from 2.4hz to 5G
I can no longer use my computer hotspot because the last upgrade changed it from 2.4 Ghz to 5 Ghz and nothing I have can connect to 5 Ghz. And it cannot be changed, believe me, I've tried. Thanks for nothing.

Groove Music Issue
Hello Microsoft Community! I've been having a problem with the Groove Music app on Windows and I wanted to see if anyone could help me. So, I'm big on music and one thing I like about groove is the fact that you can add custom album art which is great for my techno artist and albums that groove can't find album art for but, for some reason, when I try and add this art myself sometimes, I just get the default image photo instead of the album art itself. Even when I save it, It's still this stupid default photo. Can anyone help me at all?
Blue/Green Screens ๐ค Part Two
Is there any way, I can apply a sound to a blue/green screen to alert me that of the situation. This would be so helpful to the visually impaired person. I have applied sound when I receive a notification - that is very useful. But I think error screens such blue/green warrants something special - like a sound of crashing musical symbols ๐ ๐. Something that would immediately grab my attention. On December 28 2019, I experienced a serious interruption of my computer system when Windows was downloading an update. My computer ceased to work and I was unaware of the problem. Being unable to see the screen I inadvertently clicked on an error message which necessitated my having to contact Microsoft that day. I was so fortunate that the engineer on the other end of my link was helpful and very sensitive to my situation. ๐ I ask fellow contributors to take my posting as a serious request for help. The green screen oopsie the other day, heightened my concern. Many thanks and keep well.
