I read a feedback comment that said: Solved the situation: Uninstalled the app, deleted the app folder C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\Microsoft.MSPaint_6.2004.20027.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe and re-installed the app with Microsoft Store. By Diogo A In which he removed the app, photos, deleted supposedly Paint 3D, and reinstalled both apps. It speeds up photos apparently, and he wasn't lying.
