Can the Photo's app performance issue be "high severity"?
I was thinking about what was causing my surface pro 7 to have a static issue on the top right of the device, I think this is where the CPU is located, and I had two clues in which caused the device to malfunction with a excessive static and fan issue. -Photos app, this app has severe CPU Drain, it's completely unreasonable for it take 100% of the CPU, and the basic form of the app didn't have this issue, whoever optimized it needs to update it again with strict performance and battery life fixes. I'm thinking this app specifically takes soo much performance, it almost renders the device susceptible to internal damage, with the surface pro 7 the i7 can get quite hot, and such the fan blows. I'm wondering this has something to do with the overall usage -General Bad Motherboard, Some intel motherboards may have a bad CPU, the first one laptop I got had a issue in which a screen test would appear showing the colors RGB, and etc. Soo, is it possible that I can classify the performance of the photo's app, aka the new one as high severity? or is it just intel turbo boost that needs to be somehow turned off?
Why is Downloading from Store and Syncing OneDrive so slow?

Here I was downloading an insider built ISO file, and it was downloading at 1,5 Mbps it is the same with Store and synching OneDrive. It's always somewhere between 1,3 and 1,8 Mbps and it's driving me nuts...

Bing Search
Just curious if anyone else is having a problem with search from the Bing home page. Seems to work fine if I go to a page where I search from the web, but not on the home page. YES! I have submitted a feed back!
What percentage of your friends, family are computer savvy?
For me only about 50%... We all know that computers are not going away anytime soon. I have used a computer for 25 years. I know many people, younger and older who do not want to know anything about computers and I know an equal amount of people, younger and older who thrive on their smartphones and PCs. About 7 years ago my 80 year old neighbor made me realize that I need a tablet; if he could use it, I could certainly learn! I feel like the knowledge I have gained from the Windows Community has both enhanced my knowledge and created many new acquaintances as well! đ Hey Microsoft people, can you design a video to convince others how easy it is to operate a computers or smartphone?
Cortana needs to grow up!!!
Now mind you this is my 2 cents, either Cortana needs to grow up and get with it into the 22nd Century or alas she needs to think about an early retirement. What I mean by this is that Cortana needs a few more skills. You know like a digital personal assistant. Just off the top of my head, able to take dictation, convert voice to text... blah blah blah... things of that nature. Solely with a new capability of voice to text and a merge metamorphosis with Voice Recognition and Narrator.. would exponentially increase my usage. Just saying... Anyway, you all have a marvelous day, night w/e or wherever you are and Keep Up the Good Work!!!

when a message appears in my inbox that contains hyperlinks, I click on them and get no action. can you explain why this happens?
Surface Pen
I am a person with terrible handwriting but love the Surface pen. I would love to use it more to take notes but my writing looks terrible. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to make my terrible writing look better. And yes, I have even tried writing very slow.
