Windows Photos blocking images after edit
Usually when downloading files from tze internet, Windows 10 will block them. This can be prevented if one would disable security by turning the Windows Defender completely off, which you do not want to do. It's all nice and fun until you move files from other devices to your PC, which i did from my phone via WiFi. Surprisingly no picture was blocked....until i used Photos app to edit a picture, after which i clicked on 'save copy'. Needless to mention, the most useful function in editing pictures is the 'clarity' , this does some amazing things with a picture. But now, after saving a copy i wanted to compare the original vs the new one, and so i opened the original picture and used mouse wheel to go to the next picture, and the new picture got skipped. I immediately checked the properties, bcoz windows apps may not open files if those are blocked. I am now wondering, how come the app designed to replace Photo Viewer, changes the files so that they are being recognized as a threat? Why did windows block a file changed by a windows app????? đ Of course the blocked picture opens, but then i can not toggle between pictures. Does someone care to try it out? *Edit* Blocked pictures may not be used for lock screen but can be used as a wallpaper.

What new feature would you like most in the next Windows?
It seems lately the most we expect in terms of new features is security updates these days? I would like to see a major revamp to the U.I. and how about a good cleaning of legacy code out of Windows. Why not cut the fat out of the system a bit and have delineating feature set between legacy of 10 or more years ago and new. In other words try to make windows run faster on less resources. Add some new U.I. tweaks and eliminate redundant menus and settings. Add a new kernel and filesystem that is faster and more efficient. Harden the kernel further against attack and run more processes in sandbox. I would be pretty excited to see a new windows with those features, how about you?
Windows 10 October 2020 20H2 Release Date ?
Hello Fellow Windows Community Members, I heard that Windows 10's next update ( Window 10 "October" 2020 20H2 ) is Now in testing and will be released to us Very Soon. Perhaps as early as next month as a regular small cumulative update. The article said that the ISO will arrive first, and then a gradually rollout in fazes to the general public's systems. ( Just like May's 2004 update did ) I for one am looking forward to this new build, However!... I look forward to ALL of Microsoft's Updates and Improvements đ. I also heard that in this next release we will be saying "Goodbye" to the old Edge Browser and only have the New Chromium Edge Browser. ( Which I prefer and use every day anyways ). Has anyone heard a Official Release Date from Microsoft? What are your thoughts on the upcoming Update? Pros/Cons

I have been receiving this error for YEARS. I have done all of the advanced troubleshooting (Reinstall NIC drivers, dnsflush, netstat commands, checking/unchecking client for windows, on and on) I am able to sign into Microsoft account site fine, and Xbox, ext. but the Microsoft store when attempting to install (Xbox accessories) app, it states the error. âInternet is neededâ I clearly have internet and nothing I do seems to fix this. I only need this application to map paddles on elite series 2 which I use to game on pc. Please, any help is greatly appreciated!
Microsoft Store - MSN Weather has an error downloading
Hi everyone!, Microsoft has their MSN weather app where it tells you the details of the Earth's weather. I recently bought a new PC and the MSN weather app, which i use a lot, was not downloaded. I went to the Microsoft store and downloaded it, but it kept saying error downloading. I clicked on see details, and I restarted my computer, like it said. It still has not fixed the problem. Also, whenever i start my computer up from sleep, it automatically keeps trying to download the app again. Does anyone know how to get rid of the error downloading thing, and if not, how to stop it from automatically downloading? Thank you everyone!
Cannot view network drives from Laptop
I cannot view any network drives from my win 10 Laptop. I've already adjusted the windows sharing settings on all PC's On the main PC where the nextwork drive is located, it can view the Laptop and see the mapped drives in the Laptop, BUT I cannot view/read/write/modify anything on the C drive (asks for admin permissions), but I can view/read/write/modify in the public folder. I have 3 PC's on the same network with no issues sharing network drives, but my Laptop seems to be the issue.
