why does hyperlink not work in an email message

Can't play online
I changed my main email under my microsoft account and now whenver I try to play xbox I get a service error, anyone know whats up?

Sleep mode.
When returning to my PC and finding the monitor in 'sleep' mode, moving the mouse always wakes it up. However, occasionally it immediately goes back to sleep and stays there. I find that I can't switch the tower off either, so have to resort to switching both off at the wall sockets, waiting 30 seconds and switching back on. Then all is well until the next occurrence. Any advice to clear this annoying glitch would be appreciated.

Losing the internet and can only get it back by restarting.
My laptop loses the internet connection from time to time. When I show all connections available and click on mine, it says "cannot connect to this one". Then I restart and it works fine. Just aggravating.

Ethernet knocked out
During the previous installation, one of the two way connection was knocked out. Since I usually am the one "giving" information, it was ok, one way still worked. With the latest update, all ethernet communications are knocked out. I need help getting it connected again.
