Where can I learn more about the Event Log?
I have figured out the basics in Event Log, but I want to be good at it. Where can I find what the error codes mean? And, how to fix them? The link you always get to help you just take me too a search page. Most of the times I dont even know what to search for. This security permission can be changed with the Component Services administrative tool. Component service I get, but it doesn't help me very much when I don't have the slightest idea of what to change. I want to connect my bluetooth headset philips SHB4405 to my WINDOWS 10 PC but its not connecting to bluetooth.
Why can't I get connected to devices on my home network?
Every time there is a windows 10 update I get a pop-up asking me if I want to connect to my Android devices; I can't even connect to my windows devices on my home network. Why is there no support for this. I've followed all the instructions for making my devices visible and for file and folder sharing but I still can't see or connect to them.
Unable to update W10 Version 1809, error 0xC1900101-0x40017
I have a Dell laptop with Windows 10 version 1809, OS build 17763.1518. I have been trying to update Windows 10 for months, but it always fails at the end. Most recently I tried the Media Creation Tool, and the ISO method to update. This also failed, with the following end message: We couldn't install Windows 10. 0xC1900101-0x40017. Failed in Second Boot phase with an error during Boot operation. I read a lot of posts about this error code and it seems like no one knows how to fix it. Is there anything that can be done to fix this problem so that I can update to a later version? I understand that version 1809 is about to be terminated.

In Settings/Personalization/Colors, the choice greyed out
Windows 10 will not let me change the colors of the Start, Taskbar and action center. That choice on the Personalization/Colors page of Settings is greyed out.
