Stopcode error
Hello Community, I keep getting Stopcode errors. It says to go to windows.com/stopcode. I kepp forgetting what the error code is. It was some thing like: Stopcode: xxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxx Any help would be appreciated, otherwise I'll reset. I'm actually getting excited at resetting because I can get the 20H2 update. Zugang Telefon-Nummer zu meinem Konto ändern nicht möglich! Mit der Bitte um Hilfe! Hallo Microsoft Comuinity, wer weiß was? Vor 4 Wochen bin ich nach 10 Jahren zurück von Thailand nach Deutschland. Mein Microsoft-Konto war mit der Thai-Handy-Nummer registriert. Nun habe ich in Deutschland natürliche eine deutsche Nummer. Die Thai-Nr. geltet hierzu nicht mehr. Das Ändern in Microsoft ist unmöglich, da Microsoft einen Code an diese Thai-Nr. senden möchte - letzte 4 Ziffern. Dieser Code kann ja nicht mehr ankommen. Fehler von mir aus Unwissenheit: Habe eine Wiederherstellung beantragt, die 4 WOCHEN dauern soll, bis Microsoft reagiert. Da ich mich nicht anmelden kann - bzw. Tel.-Nr. ändern, laufen einige Programme nicht, insbesondere Excel, das ich dringend brauche. Microsoft habe ich angefragt über diese automatische Abfrage. Eine Mail-Adresse gebt es nicht. Die mir zugesandten Infos und Links funktionieren nicht. Code senden auf die alte Thai-Nummer ist nicht mehr möglich. Meine neue, deutsche Handy-Nummer ist eingetragen, wird von Microsoft jedoch nicht angenommen oder erkannt. Microsoft ist zum Verzweifeln. suche seit Tagen eine Lösung - ohne Erfolg! Kann jemand helfen? Wäre ganz wundervoll und ich sehr dankbar, Es eilt sehr und ist wichtig herzlichst Brigitte

Recent Upgrade
The upgrade that I installed last Friday took almost three hours and now I do not have any saved passwords in Edge browser. Glad I had to run the upgrade!!
Last upgrade changed WiFi hotspot from 2.4hz to 5G
I can no longer use my computer hotspot because the last upgrade changed it from 2.4 Ghz to 5 Ghz and nothing I have can connect to 5 Ghz. And it cannot be changed, believe me, I've tried. Thanks for nothing.
