I'm just now learning about laptops and internet. HELP
I'm old but not dead. I'm needing some classes on this tech. stuff. Maybe an online I can go to or does the local libraries help with that stuff?
plug in monitor ? my laptop was operating both but updated
i was using a acer plug in monitor with my acer aspire 3 laptop and this morning when I started, powered up my monitors had switched from second screen only to extend . so half the screen was on each monitor and all by itself ! I checked for updates and restarted my laptop hoping it would revert to my original setup but instead it cut out my additional monitor all together ! saying on the 2nd screen "no signal " ahhh what's happened. I cant seem to get my laptop to recognize the other monitor even though it is plugged in directly. Anybody know what I have to do ?
Here's an idea to improve MS Calendar and Reminders
Sharing this idea and hope that others agree it would be helpful. How many times have you said to yourself or a family member or colleague, "On the next warm day, I want to..." Or, "on the next cool day I need to, or, the next time it rains, I need to..." In other words, "To Do" list items are not only date/time relevant, they also have other attributes or triggers such as weather (as one example), or location attributes such as "the next time I'm in Boston I want to...". The could apply to business as well as personal items. This feature would bring the next level of intelligence and personalization to calendar and reminder apps. It's only a question of time as to which vendor introduces it first - and will make users become lovers of their technology/platform. How do I get the people icon to appear in the start menu? I cannot find the icon.

Can the Photo's app performance issue be "high severity"?
I was thinking about what was causing my surface pro 7 to have a static issue on the top right of the device, I think this is where the CPU is located, and I had two clues in which caused the device to malfunction with a excessive static and fan issue. -Photos app, this app has severe CPU Drain, it's completely unreasonable for it take 100% of the CPU, and the basic form of the app didn't have this issue, whoever optimized it needs to update it again with strict performance and battery life fixes. I'm thinking this app specifically takes soo much performance, it almost renders the device susceptible to internal damage, with the surface pro 7 the i7 can get quite hot, and such the fan blows. I'm wondering this has something to do with the overall usage -General Bad Motherboard, Some intel motherboards may have a bad CPU, the first one laptop I got had a issue in which a screen test would appear showing the colors RGB, and etc. Soo, is it possible that I can classify the performance of the photo's app, aka the new one as high severity? or is it just intel turbo boost that needs to be somehow turned off?
Does anyone know how to organize Teams similar to Skype.
I am looking for large scale adaption of Teams over Skype in my organization. Skype like organizations will help adaption fasted.
