I found your latest Windows Community Newsletter email interesting . However, the features described in ‘‘A world without passwords for Microsoft account users on Windows 10’, and ‘Organize your email with folders and rules in Outlook’ don’t seem to be available on my version of Windows 10 even though I have the latest update (1st July 2020).

On a scale of 1 to 10, how easy to use is Windows?
If you ask me I will give it a 9 out of ten. New users that I have seen just get along with Windows without being told how to use it. Its great to have operating system with such great ease of use and reliability.

Windows Defender and Windows Security
I am wondering if Windows Defender and other built-in windows security is adequate protection for the computer or if I need to purchase something else like Norton's Security Suite. Any recommendations?
