Problem with Outlook.com
I have a strange problem when using the Outlook mail app, both the on-line version and when using Outlook in the Mail app. I use Gmail as a client in the Mail app, when I receive mail that was originated by a Gmail user or sent to my Gmail address, I cannot reply to those emails or forward them if I use Outlook. I get an error msg and Outlook will not send them. I have to be on the alert to notice if the mail was sent to my Gmail address before I reply or forward. I've checked my settings for both Gmail and Outlook, but I cannot determine what would cause this problem. It started about three months ago after one of the updates to Windows 10. I'm using the latest version of Windows 10, S0h2. When using Outlook in the Office 365 app it seems to work fine. Does anyone have a solution for me? Thanks in advance.

Can't map a network drive
A user can see the network and the network will let him map a drive on every PC in the joint except his own. I am not sure what he has done (which he is not telling me) that is preventing the drive map. I have tried to unlock his user and password in Active Directory (2008-R2) I even gave him a different log on in ADUC, no go. We can't log in with any FQDN or username. Print and sharing is turned on.....I am at a loss.

Anyone else wish Microsoft would acquire Chocolatey?
As in https://chocolatey.org/ It would give Windows something close to a trusted package repository that rivals Linux. Let's face it, the Microsoft Store is a poor imitation of the App Store, which is a for-dummies version of a proper, centralised, extendable software package repository.

When I click the Feedback button at the bottom-right, does the moderator get it? P.S. Expect a delay in replies. Why? Check out the bottom of this post: https://community.windows.com/en-us/conversations/happy-birthday,-world-wide-web/70cf37cf-1cc7-4f86-b81d-378ad703ea60

No longer receiving insider updates
I have been an insider since Feb of 2015 on the fast ring (actually skip-ahead). I have 2 computers in the program, a desktop and a surface. My desktop is currently on build 19541 and windows update says it's up to date. On the other hand the surface is currently on build 19555 (actually downloading build 19559 as I'm typing this). How can I get the latest updates on the desktop?

Miss Control Panel? No Problem!
There are a lot of fans out there who still like using Control Panel but are having trouble finding it. No Problem. All you have to do is open your Start Menu and then Scroll down to Windows System. Open the box and then locate Control Panel. Now it you want to make a shortcut on your desktop all you have to do is the steps above then right click on Control Panel then click on more. You will then click on Go to file Location. Now Right Click on Control Panel then Click on Copy. Close the window then go to your desktop. Now Right Click on the desktop and paste your new Control Panel Shortcut. That's it!

Unable to comment
Ok, I need some help here! I'm running Microsoft Edge Canary, and yesterday I noticed that I was unable to leave any comments on one particular site that I frequent. I thought that there might have just been a glitch in their system and moved on. This morning I noticed that one of the sites that I use to sign in to comment on the above mentioned site, would not let me comment or even see the already posted comments, on that site as well. Hmmmm. The only change I had made yesterday. was activating the "Sleeping Tabs Flag" so I disabled that, restarted Edge Canary, and nothing changed. Next I opened Microsoft Edge "Normal"? and looked and saw that I was able to comment on both sites. I checked and both settings were identical on Edge Canary and Normal. Next I opened up Chrome and was also able to comment on both sites as well. I know some of you are going to suggest "Why don't you just either stay with Edge Normal, or Chrome? In the overall scheme of things that would probably be alright, except that Edge Normal doesn't quite have all of the features that Canary has. Could I live without them sure, but truth be told, I'm too much of a tinkerer. As for Chrome. I keep it around for back up and to show those tech support people who's only answer is "well you need to use Chrome instead of Internet Explorer"..... What a hoot!...Gimme your suggestion all Thanks The sites are: https://mspoweruser.com http://disqus.com

unwanted and unused apps
I have no desire to turn on my camera or microphone Sure, some friends love skype, games, etc. MY laptop &Internet are for personal research& occasional entertainment, writing articles and short stories. Other Windows apps are shared with a second user account Windows often refers to him as my "child" when I attempt to delete unwanted apps and suggest I give him spending money, referring to him as my "child" This silliness has taken place several times over. Attempts to point this out via feedback most times result in a line up of staff posting "Thank you" posters rather than a any sincere effort to correct an annoying problem. - Very insincere response...

Insiders Video Editor
Loving this program, even more so now I have a better computer. But it is disappointing when features get removed in the updates process. Hoping this is a temporary situation. Particularly the synch video with music, and the Anchor effect functions. Still not as good as the old Windows Vista version of Movie Maker, yet. But seems to be improving with time and updates. Will give W 10 video editor a fair chance before looking for other programs. W 7 Movie Maker was good, too.
