lenovo laptop
My comptuer is new, the only thing i have downloaded was microsoft 365 so that my son could do his school work and get on his teams meetings. I have had nothing but problems with this computer and its brand new. i havent been able to use it for my sons schooling and when i try to it freezes or is extremely slow.
zoom video conferencing problem
I have been using my computer for zoom video conferencing but few days ago, i started getting information that the server cant be connected to. I have tried all i can like system restore, it wont complete the restore point. I decided to restore the window 10 which was successful yet i still can use zoom meeting on it. I don't know what to do again. I need further advice please. Thank you
How do I stop this page from opening a new tab?
Hi I have Win 10 and Dragon Chrome browser. All my setting are set to: DONT OPEN ANY NEW TABS WHEN I CLICK LINKS! In Win 10 - Internet settings. It is set to "Dont open a new tab/page when I click links". Every time I click on any link here, it opens in a new tab. Even Microsoft.com, in my Microsoft account, doesnt do that. I have a google Extention that prohibits any link or command to open a NEW tab. I need to right click and open link in a new window, if I dont want to go to the link in the same windows. HOW are you forcing my system to open a new tab every time I click a link here? The logs says nothing, and developer tool shows no java/JSON hidden activation. How do I turn off, so I can click links in the community, and use the same tab/window? Its getting annying to remove tabs all the time when browsing and posting here. Ok so I don't have a lot of $ but i have someone always trying to hack my accounts, I am not super tech savvy what are some cheap ways to keep them out of my personal files? ( he lives in my home with me and I am tired of the invasion of privacy and he has recently acquired 3 laptops and 4 or 5 cell phones all different accounts he thinks i know nothing about)
Sleep mode.
When returning to my PC and finding the monitor in 'sleep' mode, moving the mouse always wakes it up. However, occasionally it immediately goes back to sleep and stays there. I find that I can't switch the tower off either, so have to resort to switching both off at the wall sockets, waiting 30 seconds and switching back on. Then all is well until the next occurrence. Any advice to clear this annoying glitch would be appreciated.

Surface Pro 7 and Squarespace - incompatible?? :-(
Hello, I hope someone can help... I purchased a Surface Pro 7 last week and am currently trying to update my website in Squarespace. I can log in, but it won't let me edit text or recognize clicks. Whaaattt?! Is Surface Pro 7 incompatible with Squarespace? Do I have to hold on to and use my old chromebook to make these changes? This is a big reason I upgraded my technology! I hope someone can help. I hope it's just me and there's a solution I'm missing. :-) thanks in advance! Nicole
Microsoft Store - MSN Weather has an error downloading
Hi everyone!, Microsoft has their MSN weather app where it tells you the details of the Earth's weather. I recently bought a new PC and the MSN weather app, which i use a lot, was not downloaded. I went to the Microsoft store and downloaded it, but it kept saying error downloading. I clicked on see details, and I restarted my computer, like it said. It still has not fixed the problem. Also, whenever i start my computer up from sleep, it automatically keeps trying to download the app again. Does anyone know how to get rid of the error downloading thing, and if not, how to stop it from automatically downloading? Thank you everyone!
