Problem Printing Word Document
l have been printing the same word document for years with no trouble. It still prints from my old laptop HP OMEN with Windows 10, to my old printer HP Envy7640. I have just tried to print the same document from a surface go 2 in Windows 10 s mode, using word to my HP Envy 7640. It won't print. Word says there is an error with my margins. quick fix is to print as PDF file then print the PDF file using my HPsmart App to my printer. Anyone know why the file won't print normally from word on the surface go 2? I know word uses the printer driver to work out margins but could this error be anything to do with s mode? Apart from that the surface go 2 is brilliant. I am using the basic model and so far it handles all my basics well. Good job Microsoft: Wish I had one of these at school in the 60's. Wouldn't it be great if every school could give one of these to everyone at school. I'm actually writing this with a pen just like I did before l left school. The more we advance the more we stay the same.

Problems with Microsoft Word
Why does Microsoft Word continually fail to respond when I am using it? I pay an annual subscription for Microsoft Office and find this very annoying. Sometimes it is several minutes before it responds again.

Page sorting in Word
Hi there, Maybe I just don't know how, but I want to sort the order of pages in word just the same as Powerpoint or Publisher. It is so frustrating to change the page order of a document when editing it for printing. Can you advise me how this is done or change the program to make it easier. Thank you.

Tabbed pages/sections in MS Word
In MS Excel, I can have several tabs within a spreadsheet – one for income, one for expenditure or one for January, one for February etc. These are all part of the same spreadsheet, part of the same file, but are separated out into different sections. I want the same thing for MS Word. I often write reports, some of which are long and complex. When writing reports, I would like to be able to separate sections onto different tabs – as with Excel, they would all be part of the same file, the same Word document, just separated. When writing one part, I will often want to refer to a section near the beginning – Word only allows me to do this by scrolling through the document to find the relevant part somewhere near the beginning, then scrolling down through the document to get back to page 257 where I am currently writing, then scroll through again to find the stats on page 162 (if I can find them) then back to page 257 again etc. The only way around this at present, is to write and save each chapter as a separate file and flick between several different files to find the information I want. Then at the end, I have to merge all the files into a single document. I can do it, but it is a lot of messing around. It would be so much easier if I could save it all in a single document, but, as with Excel, save each section or chapter in a separate tab within the one document, which could be kept open at the relevant page. Spreadsheets have always had tabs for this. But not Word Processors. Is it possible to have the ability to write separate chapters in different tabs within a single Word document? To anyone writing long, multi-chaptered reports or documents it seems such an obvious addition to Word. And yes – I am aware that I can do something like this in OneNote, but OneNote isn’t a Word Processor and doesn’t have the same features. I really need this to be a feature in MS Word. I am sure I am not the only person writing multi-chaptered documents who would find this useful.

Word Calendar Template
I used a word calendar template in which I have saved each month for 3 years. When I try to access any document it will default to the current month.

Start up and my MS Word
My system is taking too much time to start up. I keep checking and minimising the number of apps on startup. On daily basis I use to clean my system of temp files. Still no use. How to speed up my start up? Second, MS Word app is misbehaving the following ways: a) Normal Font, I mean AaBbCc is disappeared (in Style panel) and my text typing is happening in capitals all through:( b) Windows Edge browser frequently becoming dormant with a message " Edge is not responding" Could someone help me to fix these basic errors please? -Ram

When will the word productivity become irrelevant?
Microsoft as you know, abuses the word "productivity" in litearlly all of their products. But what they mean by that is "office compatiblity." I am wondering when this word will be turned into a joke, and what other word would replace it.
