upgrade windows 10 home to windows 10 pro
i want to upgrade my pc from Windows 10 Home to 10 Pro, for that i have purchased a product key. Now it is showing that, The product key that you entered didn't work. Check the product key and try again or enter a different one . What to do now?
Webcam is not working with Microsoft Teams
Hi, I upgraded my windows 7 to windows 10. My webcam was not working with my upgraded windows and black screen was coming. I managed to fix that issue using installing an optional update in "Windows update" section. But now that i am opening Microsoft Teams for any meeting, my webcam does not work there and same black screen is showing over there too. My web cam was working fine with Microsoft Teams in windows 7, it is working fine in "Camera" App in windows 10 but it is not working with Microsoft Team. I checked Microsoft Teams settings and my web cam driver is showing there but in preview or in meeting, the camera is showing all Black. I checked my camera privacy settings and all enabled. Please help in fixing this issue. Thanks
Release Preview Changed My Windows 10 Pro to Windows Home
I have posted this in the Microsoft Answer forum and did get a reply. The answer is that I have to put the Activation Key that I was given when I upgraded my Windows from Home to Professional 3-4 years ago. I'm not sure if I still have it or not. I'm not upset about it because that was from the Windows Insider Program although it was a bit surprising given that the general availability is one week away. Here is my post I made in the Microsoft Answer forum. I'm posting this so more people will know. ----------------------- Dell Laptop Inspiron 15 Series 5000 (5565) Windows 10 Version 10.0.19041 (Build 19041) I joined the Insider program for the first time and installed the new Preview Release. I noticed that it had changed my version from Windows 10 Professional to Windows 10 Home. My laptop originally came with Home 3-4 years ago and I immediately upgraded to Professional. I haven't had any problems since. I attempted to reinstall Windows using a USB stick that I had used in the past but when it came to a screen for me to review my settings before it actually did the installation it showed that it was going to install Windows 10 Home. Then I did a complete Reset using the fresh copy off my hard drive and when it finished it is still the Home version.

Edge does not work on Microsoft Update Catalog page
Microsoft's own pages won't open in Edge, but they work using Google Chrome. Oh, and turning on Internet Explorer compatibility in Edge does not work either! I was noticing some problem's with my account. Tried to fix the problem's myself however, this proved to be unsuccessful. Decided my problems needed expert advice and chose to ask for Microsoft Support. Amazed, (and relieved) to discover a team of professional's are there to help with any and all concerns you may encounter... Microsoft Support. Once you contact them, and type-in your concern, you're assigned a case number and a team member to address your concern. They keep you abreast of their progress with e-mail's to you. Most concern's are fixed for you within a matter of day's. One concern I had took roughly a month however, every concern I encountered was not only fixed but relayed professionally to ensure I understood. I had a couple that even threw the team for a loop and was informed they would address these at team meeting's to make Microsoft even better for all Microsoft user's. Personally, I extend accolades and kudos to all at Microsoft for helping end user's understand that there is an avenue to utilize that will help with any and all concern's toward making Microsoft Windows even more user friendly.
Bing Search
Just curious if anyone else is having a problem with search from the Bing home page. Seems to work fine if I go to a page where I search from the web, but not on the home page. YES! I have submitted a feed back!
