Answer Desk at your service

Answer Desk support is provided free of charge, regardless of where you purchased your device. We do our best to accommodate walk-in appointments, but the best way to engage with the Answer Desk is to book an appointment online, choosing a time that’s convenient for you. Answer Desk is your one-stop shop for technical questions, troubleshooting, PC tune-ups, and repairs.

In order to book an appointment online, please visit Microsoft Store site and click "Schedule an Appointment” from Answer Desk menu.

Personal Training

Choose from a variety of training courses with one of our expert associates at your Microsoft Store. We offer two ways to learn—one-hour single courses for $49 or a full-year membership for $99.
